For each residential programme, we will;

• Visit you, and all stakeholders that you would like to be involved in the design process, to develop your programme. This includes the young people.
• Provide one half-day session which will include a team orientated task and a review session, as well as an introduction to the PDP (if required), at your centre.
  Deliver an outstanding, exciting and effective residential programme.
• Provide a follow-up half day, between 30 and 90 days following the programme, to enable the group to reflect back on their experiences and relate them to their current situation.

Our standard personal and team development residential would take place over a 5-day residential programme, incorporating a range of adventure activities, problem solving exercises and workshops. The programme can be tailored to make links to Preparation for Work, in terms of expectations for attendance, punctuality, use of appropriate language etc. All learning would be documented in the Personal Development Portfolio. We would meet with your group at least one month prior to the residential, for a minimum of two hours, to show faces, discuss the programme, expectations and to answer any questions they may have. We would also meet with the accompanying staff to discuss roles and responsibilities for the residential. This could be done earlier, at the venue, in order that you can see where we would be staying.
