Accommodation for the Nidderdale Challenge would be at the Harefield Hall Hotel, Pateley Bridge.
Adventure activities enable the organisation to observe patterns of behaviour unrestricted by the work place or work roles. Colleagues are able to see an alternative side to each other, to work closely together on a project which is equally unfamiliar to all. The mutual support and encouragement which the activities generate helps to produce a more motivated and effective workforce. In addition to developing the direct benefits of teamworking and leadership skills, they can also gain a mutual sense of achievement and motivation, which is of great value to the organisation as a whole.
The popularity in the use of outdoor and adventure activities demonstrates the belief in the benefits available through their use. The opportunity for individuals to push themselves with the support and encouragement of their colleagues is one which has immense value, and is an experience cherished by individuals who took part in training programmes involving adventure activities over twenty years ago.
Provision throughout the UK
Rock Steady Adventure can provideresidential programmes throughout the UK, but they cost more. Weare, however, one of the very few providers of development programmesthat truely understand the benefits and the limitations ofadventure-based development programmes, and we will be honest aboutwhat you can and can not get from them. One thing is for sure,your organisation will get more from a day with us than a two hoursession trying to shoot each other with paintballs!

Residentials can be in the form of remote pure adventure residential experiences, inner city 4 star hotel team building residentials or a mixture of both, the choice is yours.
